Restork Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Restork, your trusted marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved baby and toddler gear in the UAE. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, so please take a moment to read them.

1. General Terms

  • Platform Operator: Restork is operated by SKTR LLC.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • Account Responsibility: You’re responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Seller Terms

2.1 Listing Your Items

  • Accepted Items: We welcome a wide range of baby and toddler gear, including strollers, car seats, high chairs, and feeding items. Items must be in good condition and safe for use.

  • Condition Grades:

    • OPEN BOX: Unused, in original packaging.

    • EXCELLENT: Lightly used, minimal wear.

    • GREAT: Used, with some noticeable wear.

    • GOOD: Well-used, with significant wear.

  • Pricing: Sellers suggest a listing price, which we may adjust based on market demand and condition.

  • Inspection: Every item is safety- and functionality-checked by The Stroller Spa Dubai’s industry experts.

2.2 Cleaning and Servicing

  • Optional Cleaning: Sellers may choose to have their gear professionally deep-cleaned by The Stroller Spa Dubai. Items that have been deep-cleaned will be highlighted in the product description.

  • Buyer Add-On: If an item hasn’t been pre-cleaned, buyers can request a professional deep clean at a special rate. Cleaning is done before delivery, so you can receive gear that’s sanitized and pristine.

2.3 Consignment and Payments

  • Consignment Period: Items are listed for at least 60 days. Unsold items may be subject to price adjustments or removal.

  • Payouts: Sellers receive a percentage of the final sale price, with exact rates shared in the sellers contract.

  • Payment Method: Payments are made via bank transfer. Sellers must provide accurate banking details.

2.4 Returns and Unsold Items

  • Seller Returns: Unsold items can be requested back after 30 days, subject to a processing fee as listed in the sellers contract. 

  • Sustainable Disposal: After the consignment period, unsold items may be donated or responsibly recycled, in line with our sustainability mission.

3. Buyer Terms

3.1 Product Listings

  • Safety & Condition: All items are safety- and functionality-checked by The Stroller Spa Dubai’s industry experts before being listed.

    Deep-Cleaning Highlight: Items that have been professionally deep-cleaned are highlighted in the product description. If not, this can be added upon check-out for a reduced rate.

3.2 Making a Purchase

  • Payment: Purchases are made via our secure online payment system.

  • Delivery: Orders are delivered to your specified address. Delivery times may vary depending on location and item availability. Within Dubai items are delivered within 2-3 working days, for other Emirates it may take a day or 2-3 extra depending on availability with our trusted courier partners.

3.3 Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the item. For details and to initiate a return, please email return@restork.ae. Items must be in the same condition and packaging as received.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping and cleaning fees are not refundable.

4. Safety & Sustainability Commitment

At Restork, we believe in giving baby gear a second life. All items are safety- and functionality-checked by The Stroller Spa Dubai. Optional deep-cleaning ensures your gear arrives sanitized, safe, and ready for use. Our platform promotes re-commerce, re-use, and sustainability, reducing waste while helping parents save.

5. Limitation of Liability

Restork is not liable for damages resulting from using or being unable to use items purchased through our platform. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
